What we collect

• Order information: name, business name, shipping address, email, and phone, collected at checkout.
• EPA certification details: certification or reseller license numbers, collected because federal regulations require sellers of regulated refrigerants to verify and retain them.
• Form submissions: quote requests, contact messages, and newsletter signups.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, comply with EPA record-keeping requirements, respond to inquiries, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Refrigerant sales records, including certification details, are retained for the period required by EPA regulations (currently three years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
