Refrigerant cylinders are compressed gas and ship as hazardous materials under DOT regulations. That shapes everything below.

How orders ship

• Ground service only — hazardous materials cannot ship by air.
• Adult signature required on delivery.
• Lower-48 US addresses only. No PO boxes, no freight forwarders.
• Cylinders ship factory-sealed in DOT-compliant packaging with hazmat documentation.

Timing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with ground transit of 2–5 business days depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Hazmat handling and freight fees are confirmed with you directly before any payment is arranged.

Damaged shipments

Inspect cylinders on delivery. If packaging or a cylinder is damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours — we will arrange replacement.
