Refrigerant cylinders are compressed gas and ship as hazardous materials under DOT regulations. That shapes everything below.

How orders ship

• Ground service only — hazardous materials cannot ship by air.
• Adult signature required on delivery.
• Lower-48 US addresses only. No PO boxes, no freight forwarders.
• Cylinders ship factory-sealed in DOT-compliant packaging with hazmat documentation.

Timing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with ground transit of 2–5 business days depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Hazmat handling fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Damaged shipments

Inspect cylinders on delivery. If packaging or a cylinder is damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours — we will arrange replacement.
