Eligibility

Regulated refrigerants are sold only to EPA Section 608/609 certified technicians, businesses that employ them, and qualifying resellers. By purchasing you attest that your certification details are accurate; sales records are retained as federal regulations require. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified.

Intended use

Products are sold for professional use in HVAC and refrigeration systems by qualified personnel, handled per the SDS and applicable regulations.

Energy-savings figures cited on this site come from independent laboratory and field studies. Results vary by system age, load profile, and operating conditions; no specific level of savings is guaranteed for any particular installation.

Pricing & availability

Prices may change without notice. We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors or stock-outs.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elements Global Group LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
