Returns policy

Unopened cylinders

Factory-sealed, unopened cylinders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because cylinders are hazardous materials, return shipping must use a compliant ground hazmat service; return freight and any hazmat fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Opened cylinders

Opened or partially used cylinders cannot be returned or refunded — refrigerant integrity can’t be verified once a seal is broken.

Wrong or damaged items

If we shipped the wrong SKU or a cylinder arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@precisioncoldsupply.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@precisioncoldsupply.com with your order number. Don’t ship cylinders back without a return authorization — unauthorized hazmat shipments may be refused.
